  • All original accessories are included
  • Product is properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping
  • Return Authorization number is included

Step 4: Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned product (typically within 7-14 business days), we will process your refund using the original payment method.

  • Refund Credit: 5-10 business days depending on your payment method
  • Total Timeline: Approximately 10-15 business days from return receipt

Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for:

Note: Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Wrong Items Received

    For Items Shipped from China:

    Return shipping should be sent to our designated return address in China. We will provide the complete address and shipping instructions upon return authorization.

    Packaging Requirements:

    • Use original packaging when possible
    • Add additional padding for fragile items
    • Include Return Authorization number inside the package
    • Affix return label clearly on the outside

    Cancellation Policy
